What I would give to go back in time; to have not been so caught up in the crazy world of life. I'll always remember and cherish the times spent with you, JuJu, and my Mumma! I Love you NuNu!

She was loved by so many and a very special Mother. We can't turn back time but she said to all of us that we have many old memories of family and friends and it is up to us to make new memories!

Nunu is one of a kind. Her love of her family is unconditional and endless. she was always more concerned about you and whatever you were going through than she was herself. We spent lots of time visiting her and she loved to reminisce, mostly about family and food. She would mention something she would love to eat, especially as the food was puss n' boots, and it would appear the next day for her. In the summer it was fresh watermelon..she could not get enough...then roasted chicken, macaroni and cheese, eggplant parmigiana, chicken soup and cheesecake. She devoured everyone of them and so enjoyed them. We would watch cooking shows and then I would get inspired and make something else which she would rave about and devour. She developed a newfound love of fast/junk food.....Kentucky fried chicken, McDonald's fries, chips, Doritos and cookies. Things that had not been part of her routine. She would entertain us with stories of the past and make new memories as well. Rest In Peace Nunu.....and we'll always have the veggetti! ❤️❤️

Everything you said is so very true about Mom, she always worried about others before herself. She called me every day about the lunch served at the Nursing home and she would need me to bring her food or just heat up something that was left her in the refrigerator from you guys or another family member. No words can express the gratitude for all you and Mark did for Mom. Many blessings for all that you have done.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. I will always cherish the memories of Mama and the laughter and tears we shared with her too. I know she will be giving out cookies to all of God's little angels in heaven.
