As a neighbor I enjoyed talking to Fred. W remember him most when he came over our house at Christmas dressed as Santa for the children. Rosa, Louis and Fred were nice people and great neighbors. Peace, Love and Prayers to the family.

Charmaine, Joe, Star, and Christina,
I am very sorry for the loss of your brother. Rick was a unique soul who was loved by many in his circle. I remember reading some of his writing and found it very evocative and from the heart. He certainly had a creative side that he enjoyed sharing. May you have peace during this difficult time.
