Dear Father Tom, I don't lnow if {through your dad} we are long lost distant cousins. But I know how it felt to lose my mom about 10 years ago. May your faith and the many memories in your heart & mind continue to give you joy, despite the sadness of separation. Father Henry {grad of Theo.College CUA}

Father Tom (sorry, I remember you as my friend Tom),
I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom...I know how hard it is to lose a parent. I not only remember the St. Paul days of your Mom in the office, but I was also her Hartford Courant paperboy. My prayers are with you.

Your mom sounds as though she was truly a wonderful person and a gift to your family, friends, and the church. Amen to everything she achieved in her life and her willingness to share herself so lovingly and generously with others. May she and all the souls of the faithfully departed Rest In Peace. May comfort and peace be with you knowing of your faithful love and care for your mother in her final years good and loving son.

Dear Frank,

Thanks for your remembrance. For many years, you were a very important part of my Mom's life. Every week you made her feel so much better, not only by taking great care of her hair, but also by being such a good friend to her! She always had a butterscotch candy in her pocket.

Thank you!

Tom,
My prayers and deepest sympathies to you at the loss of your mother. It was my honor to have known her as a member of St Gregory and then to have worked with her at St. Paul's High School. I know how much she loved you. Her face would light up when she proudly spoke of you- with reason.

When I was teaching at St. Paul's I had gone to Ireland and returned with an Irish sweater. Kathy admired it when I wore it to school one day. I told her I had bought it in Dingle, Ireland. She looked at me in disbelief and told me that her father was born in Dingle! We became even closer that day.

God blessed you with a wonderful mother. I hope to be able to join you at her memorial Mass. May she rest in peace until we meet again.
