I met Fran years ago while I was a crossing guard at the West End. She would walk just about every day and we'd chat for a while. Fran was such a nice woman and always upbeat about everything. I would see her around town, too, at the grocery store, etc. and she'd always make time to talk with me. I will miss her sweet smile and happy outlook. I'm truly sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Tanya Levesque
