Tammy Star (Sehnal) Wypy, 59, of Terryville, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer.
Tammy worked at LiveWell, formerly Alzheimer’s Resource Center, in Plantsville for over 20 years. She was raised in Southington, later moving to Bristol where she lived the majority of her life before moving to Terryville with her fiancé, Michael Pelletier. She had a passion for animals and helping people. Tammy was always impeccably dressed and enjoyed sipping coffee and watching science fiction films.
She is survived by her two children, Taylor and Derek Wypy, their father, Michael Wypy, and her fiancé Michael Pelletier. She was predeceased by her parents, Shirley and Edward Sehnal and her brother Harold “Skip” Moran. Her sister, Sharon Sehnal, passed away on the same day.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends are invited to call at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave, Bristol on Friday, November 6, 2020 between the hours of 5 PM and 8 PM. Funk Funeral Home is honored to serve the Wypy family.
