Nancy (Paulette) Macaro, 66, died on November 25, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Nancy was born in Bangor, Maine on September 16, 1956 and was one of 11 children of the late Arthur and Ruth (Daigle) Paulette.
She leaves behind her husband of 23 years, Fred Macaro, and her three children: Lindalee Bellmar of Winsted, Timothy Bellmar of New Hampshire, Daniel Shea of Waterbury; her two grandchildren: DeQuan Barnes of Pittsburgh and Ariana Gaskin of Bristol.
Nancy prioritized family, hosting her annual 4th of July parties and lighting ceremonies at Christmas time. She had an array of hobbies including gardening, knitting, crocheting and gambling with her husband at Foxwoods casino.
She leaves behind many siblings: Arthur Paulette Jr and (Lynn), Diane Zettervall, Karen Green and (James), Brian Paulette, Karl Paulette and (Suzanne), Bill Paulette and (Lynn), Jeffrey Paulette and (Shirley), Barbara Taylor and (John), Janice Gorneault and (Sylva). She was predeceased by her brother Ronald Paulette, brother in-law David Zettervall and nephew Hunter Gorneault. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (November 30, 2022) at 11 AM at Prospect United Methodist Church, Summer St., Bristol. Burial will be private in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
