Margaret (Levesque) Lemanski, 75, passed away on Tuesday (October 5, 2021) after a short battle with cancer. Margaret was born on August 1, 1946 in Bristol, CT and was the daughter of the late Amelia Martin Levesque and Emile Levesque. She attended St. Ann’s Grammar School and graduated Bristol Central High School in 1964. She leaves her two daughters, Rebecca Lemanski and Kimberly Dandelski, and son-in-law Scott Dandelski, her beloved three grandchildren, Corrine Dandelski, Jaden Lemanski, and Brayden Dandelski, her two sisters, Theresa Fredericks of Bristol and Jean Miller of MI, niece, Julie Dodman of MI, an uncle Norman DeGarie of VA, an aunt Williette Hammond of MD, and several cousins.
Margaret always had a smile on her face and loved the many friends she made over the years. She enjoyed a good social gathering and wouldn’t miss an opportunity to be part of the party. Penuche was her favorite fudge; she was known for her beautiful paintings on slate and was always on the hunt for a rare find “antique”. Her faithful dog, Bailey was a comfort to her in her retirement years. Funeral services will be held on Monday (October 11, 2021): Family and friends may visit between 9 am and 11 am at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, CT.
