Mary E. (Musser) Bunnell

Mary E. Bunnell, 80, of Bristol, widow of Roy E. Bunnell, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, from Bristol Hospital. Mary was born in Roanoke, Virginia on June 26, 1942 and was a daughter of the late Frank and Angelina (Walker) Musser. She was raised in Virginia and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. where she met her late husband Roy. Mary is survived by four children: Victoria Laing and husband, Michael of Wittmann, AZ, Michael and David Bunnell of Bristol, and Steven Bunnell and wife, Amie of Sturbridge, MA; six grandchildren: three great-grandchildren: and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a sister: Jo Ann Rumbley. 

A graveside service with military honors will be celebrated in the State of Connecticut Veteran’s Cemetery in Middletown on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 1 PM. There are no calling hours.
