Marilyn U. (Leddy) Jensen, 89, of Bristol, widow of Thomas Jensen, died on Easter Sunday (April 17, 2022) at Bristol Hospital.
Marilyn was born in the Bronx, NY on October 21, 1932 and was the only child of the late Thomas and Margaret (Slattery) Leddy. She was raised and schooled in the Bronx. After her marriage to Thomas, they lived and raised their family in Ridgefield, CT. She worked for Boehringer-Ingelheim Corporation before retiring. A Bristol resident since 2002, she enjoyed taking day trips including to the casino, time with friends and family, and her time with her granddaughters.
Marilyn is survived by three daughters: Lisa Rue of Danbury, Marianne Jensen of Patchogue, Long Island, and Susan Hammell with whom she lived in Bristol; and two beloved granddaughters: Ashley Rue and Katelyn Hammell.
