Juana Garcia

Juana Garcia, 86, of Bristol, widow of Miguel A. Garcia, died on Saturday (July 14, 2018) surrounded by her family. Juana was born February 28, 1932 in Puerto Rico and was a daughter of the late Vicente Santos and Natalia Baez. She has resided in Bristol since 1973 and attended St. Anthony Church.

She leaves her five children: William Garcia of Hartford, Diana Garcia-Fidler of Clermont, FL, Emma Garcia of Puerto Rico, Miguel Garcia Jr. of Bristol, and Elbin Garcia of Bristol; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren. She was prdeceased by her brother, Zoilo Santos.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday (July 19, 2018) and will begin at 8:30 AM at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, to St. Anthony Church, 111 School St., Bristol, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in the State of Connecticut Veteran's Cemetery in Middletown.
