Janet L. Richter, 87, died on Tuesday (May 21, 2019) at Live Well in Plantsville.

Janet was born on December 21, 1931 and was a daughter of the late Hubert and Martha Richter. She was also predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law: Elizabeth and Howard "Butch" Hill .

Her burial will be private in West Cemetery, Bristol.
