Jamie L. Pelletier

Jamie L. Pelletier, 50, formerly of Bristol, died on Wednesday (January 20, 2021). Jamie was born in Bristol on November 19, 1970 and was a son of Donald and Diane (Ouellette) Pelletier of Bristol. Jamie was raised in Bristol where he graduated from St. Ann Grammar School and Bristol Central High School, Class of 1989. He was a member and captain of the wrestling team at Bristol Central finishing his career as state champion in the 125-pound weight class. He also won the wrestling tournament in the Nutmeg State Games. He went to college at Southern Connecticut State University where he graduated with a degree in business and was a financial advisor at J.P. Morgan Chase in Stratford. He enjoyed working out and especially loved his children. In addition to his parents, Jamie is survived by his two children: Alyssa and Nicholas Pelletier; their mother, Susan Pelletier; a brother, Donald Pelletier, Jr. and wife, Jamie of Bristol; a sister: Tammy Wellspeak and husband, Ron of Westfield, MA; niece, Cydney Pelletier; nephew: Colton Pelletier; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his many friends he met through the years. The family will privately celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann Church, Bristol followed by burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. There are no calling hours.
