James A. Lawrence

James A. Lawrence, 50, of Southington, died unexpectedly on Wednesday (November 11, 2020).  Jim was born in Bristol on September 2, 1970 and was the son of Rosemary (Vanoni) Lawrence of Southington and the late Dennis Lawrence. 
He was raised in Bristol where he attended local schools.  He worked as an interior painter for several years before retiring to care for his mother.  He enjoyed fishing, bowling, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
In addition to his mother, Jim is survived by a sister and brother-in-law: Jennifer Lawrence Nash and Michael Nash of Bristol; his beloved niece, Vanessa Lawrence; an aunt: MaryAnn Vanoni; cousins: Karen, Samantha, Peter, John, and Jimmy, and his beloved dog and best friend, Bailey. 

A graveside service will be celebrated in Center Cemetery of Burlington on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11 AM.   There are no calling hours.
