Henry "Hank" V. Suchinski

Henry “Hank” V. Suchinski, 87, of Burlington passed away Saturday, November 25, 2022 at Countryside Manor in Bristol. He was the loving husband of Kathleen (Hensz) Suchinski. Henry was born on September 24, 1935 in Bristol, son of the late Michael and Katherine (Lostoski) Suchinski. He graduated in from Terryville High School and after graduation he joined the Army and was stationed for some time in Germany. He was employed for 32 years at Simsbury Farms Golf Course and retired as the Head Grounds Keeper. Henry had many interests and talents but above all, his love for music and passion to perform. In addition to his wife Kathleen, he is survived by his son-in-law Dennis Dallaire of Bristol, two stepdaughters: Bonnie (Peter) Griffith of Tolland and Darcy Bruno of Florida; three grandchildren Shane, Mandy and Devon children of his predeceased daughter Sandra Dallaire; eight step grandchildren: Eugene, Peter, William, Derek, Sarah Jean, Sonny, David and Eric; eight great grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Avenue, Bristol, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at Saint Gregory the Great Church, 235 Maltby Street, Bristol, CT. Entombment to follow with full military honors at the Holy Family Mausoleum in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
