Gail M. Gendreau

Gail M. Gendreau, 62, of Bristol, died on Sunday (June 2, 2019) at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. Gail was born in Hartford on January 30, 1957 and was a daughter of the late Lucien and Joan (Cote) Gendreau. She served her country honorably as a SP4 in the United States Army from 1977 to 1981. The Finance Specialist was awarded an M-16 Marksmanship Badge and Good Conduct Medal during her service. She leaves a brother, Ronald Gendreau, a sister, Carol Dubay, and two nieces, Christina Crowley and Jennifer Dubay. A military honors burial will be held on Monday (June 17, 2019) at 1 PM at the State of Connecticut Veteran’s Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown. Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, is assisting the family.
