Joel Chasse Jr.

Joel Chasse, Jr., 66, of Bristol, died on Friday (November 25, 2022) at home.
Joel was born on March 20, 1956 in Fort Kent, ME and was one of six children of Roseanne (Soucy) Chasse of Bristol and the late Joel Chasse, Sr.
He moved to Bristol at an early age and graduated from Bristol Central High School. He served three years in the United States Army serving as an engineer equipment repairman. He worked for Pratt and Whitney for 44 years before retiring.
In addition to his mother, Joel is survived by five siblings: Gilman Chasse and wife, Wanda of Indiantown, FL, Roland Chasse and wife, Lydia of Fountain Valley, CA, Norman Chasse and wife, Lynn of Burlington, Rita Brown and husband, Steven of Kalispell, MT, and Daniel Chasse of San Diego, CA; and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, on Wednesday (December 7, 2022) between 12 PM and 1 PM followed by a prayer service and burial with military honors in the State of Connecticut Veteran’s Cemetery, Middletown.
