Dear Linda and Family,
What a sad message it was to receive---that Dick had gone peacefully home to Heaven . How many wonderful memories of him we treasure from all the years we spent as your Mango Bay neighbors down in Virgin Gorda. Seeing the two of you playing cards on that beautiful patio, sharing dinners and laughs well into the night, getting into that beautiful aqua water to snorkel or just float for awhile. Dick was a strong man to have make it through the medical crisis that he did overcome. Your beautiful wedding pictures are a nice way to remember him. We will stay in touch, and encourage you to take good care of yourself Linda. We send our love and hugs, and prayers for the wake and service to honor Dick---he was a good man, and a solid friend!

Dicky is one-of-a-kind: I never could tell if he was being serious thanks to that mischievous glimmer in his eye! Rest in Peace, brother-in-law's brother.

Our friendship goes way back to the late 50's and early 60's. Then our marriages and me moving out of town, then out of state, kind of separated us. I always felt guilty for not keeping in touch so a couple years ago when I came up from from FL I met with him a JT's for lunch.. I told him I just wanted him to know that he was and always would be my best friend. At this moment I feel empty but will always remember how much he and his parents meant to me.
