To all of Phil's family: Even though it has been many years the memories of our years of growing up on Erwin Place are still with me. Even as we drifted apart I aways thought about Phil and the kids.
We shared many laughs and good times.

What a loss to everyone that knew and loved Phil. He had a wonderful sense of humor that was contagious, a smile, and quick wit. Once you became his friend it was forever.
