My condolences to Kathy's family and other friends. I knew her as a "fellow" foster mom. Kathy was sharp and funny and had a great smile and laugh - a terrific person who will be missed.

My condolences to the whole family. I have known the Winter's family for 45 years, good friends that became family! I was so sorry to hear about Kathy crossing over but I know she is now reunited with Jeff and Cheryl as well as Billy! Remembering good times spent with the Winters family, I will always remember Kathy's wonderful laugh! Thinking of you Bryan during this difficult time, I am here if you would like to talk! I wish I was able to attend Kathy's service, I will be there in spirit! Rest in peace Kathy! 💗

Kathy's many years as a foster parent changed the lives of many girls. For all of us that had the chance to work beside her, she also had a lasting positive impact. We will miss her. Our deepest condolences to her friends and family.

I was a childhood friend and cousin of Kathy. We spent some great summers at the family farm in Colchester, Vermont.
I am deeply saddened to learn of all your losses, she was certainly a wonderful girl.
May your hearts be lightened knowing she is now at peace and out of pain.
