Cullen Murphy

Cullen Murphy, 29, of Bristol, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday (December 13, 2017). Cullen was born in Bristol on June 9, 1988 to Brian and Pamela (Marenna) Murphy.

Cullen enjoyed spending his time playing video games, building Legos and watching anime cartoons. He was also experienced with mechanical CAD, a computer design software. He also enjoyed watching movies with his family. Cullen was always a family guy, his greatest passion was spending time together as a family.

In addition to his parents Cullen is survived by his paternal grandfather: Russell Murphy of Bristol; maternal grandfather: Ralph Marenna of Bristol; and brother: US Army Sgt. Ryan Murphy of Bristol. Cullen was pre-deceased by his paternal grandmother: Lillian Murphy; and maternal grandmother: Jannette Marenna.

Funeral services will be celebrated at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, CT 06010 on Wednesday (December 20, 2017) at 11 AM. Burial will follow with a procession to Peacedale Cemetery, Bristol. Relatives and friends are invited to call at Funk Funeral Home on Monday (December 18, 2017) between 5 and 8 PM.
