Carlos L. Hernandez

Carlos L. Hernandez, 19, of Bristol, passed away on Thursday (January 4, 2018) at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain Campus. Carlos was born in Farmington on December 19, 1998 to Tammy Cahill and the late Feliciano Hernandez. In addition to his mother, Carlos is survived by his brother: Salvador; sister: Jade; maternal grandfather: Lawrence Cahill; aunt: Bonnie and her husband Ron Fongemie, Bristol; special cousin: Brianna Fongemie; mother’s fiancé: Onix Matos and several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, Carlos was pre-deceased by his maternal grandmother: Loretta Cahill. Funeral services will be celebrated at Heritage Pentecostal Church, 48 Lewis St., Bristol, CT 06010 on Saturday (January 13, 2018) at 11 AM. Burial will follow with a procession to St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
