  • Debra Rog: I have such fond, fond memories of Roger. It was always the highlight of my summer when the "Blanchettes from Connecticut" would come to the Cottage for their two weeks. Roger was always so engaged with each one of us, interested in what we were doing. He was so warm and fun-loving. One of my fondest memories was leading a group of us in song outside the cottage, with "Goodnight, Irene"! I will forever think of him as one of my dearest cousins.
